Team History
Founded in 2018, the Highlanders are the first and founding club to launch the SoCal Vintage Base Ball League. Wes Abarca aka “Commish” first played in the Bay Area Vintage Base Ball League. Then, after moving to to the SoCal mountains, he introduced vintage base ball to the Inland Empire. Since 2018, SoCal Vintage Base Ball has spread from the IE to Riverside County, San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
